I need monitor.. a good one

Okey hello so apparently i build my own pc which costs about 1400 € its still on its way home but i have no monitor. For my luck a friend of mine can provide me any monitor under 280 € .. i dont really know... i dont really understand which is good and which isnt 😀 so i need a gaming monitor under 280 € it can chilly be 144 or 60 hz .. i would be happy if it would have a really beatuiful colors tho thx

thanks for reply but i dont want that monitor cuz ... its awful designed i have one on brothers pc and just i dont like it
