I need more USB Ports

On my current motherboard, I am using all the USB Ports in the back. And I have one free on the top of the case but that is usually used for USB Drives.

How can I get more USB Ports without buying a new MOBO?

On the back I have 4 usb ports being used by

1 USB MOUSE
1 USB KEYBOARD
1 USB FOR WIRELESS ADAPTER
1 USB FOR PRINTER

On the top of the case:

1 USB HEAD SET
1 FOR USB DRIVES.
