Ryzen 5 5600 using stock cooler
Aorus B550 Elite v.1
Sapphire Nitro + 5700xt
Teamgroup T-force Dark 3600mhz 8x2
Teamgroup T-force 250gb nvme m.2 ssd
Nzxt h510 flow with 2 stock fans

Is 650w enough?

will add better AIR cooling in future.
will add 1 more stock nzxt fan in future.
will add 1tb 7200rpm hdd in future.

Depends on the budget and location. 5700xt peak power would be around 200w to 250w max. Keep some leverage for transient and add CPU and the rest of them parts and it comes 450w at most. Approximate figures.
A good quality 550w or 650w depending on your budget and location should be plenty. If 550w then Tier A, if 650w then Tier B. I wont go below that.

550w is enough for those specs.

about 200w for the gpu at benchmark load and barely over 100w for the cpu.

650w would be more than ample in a quality psu.

if you need some recommendations we'll be happy to throw some out there for you :)
planning getting the 650w FSP HV PRO 85+ bronze rated, will it be okay?
