i need 500-550W semi or non-modular(it does not matter, priority is quality) psu approximateky 60-75 dollars, i saw some psus like thermaltake smart series, but i cannot rely on them, i need bronze certified psu.

Solution
Firstly, agreed on the Thermaltake Smart, they're awful.
Secondly, bronze is only an indicator of efficiency, not quality. There are plenty of bronze PSUs that are worse than even the TT Smart.

Purely based on current prices on PCPP you could consider:

Budget but good quality options:

Power Supply: be quiet! Pure Power 11 500 W 80+ Gold Certified ATX Power Supply ($69.90 @ Amazon)
Total: $69.90

Power Supply: Corsair CX (2017) 550 W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply ($69.99 @ Corsair)
Total: $69.99

Better for a bit more:

Power Supply:
EVGA SuperNOVA GM 550 W 80+ Gold Certified Fully Modular SFX Power Supply ($76.98 @ Newegg)...

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

Seasonic are a reputable brand in the field of PSU's. You forgot to mention your preferred site for purchase. On a secondary note, please list your current/proposed build specs like so:
CPU:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
Chassis:

If the PSU is to replace an older unit, include the make and model of your older PSU.

i looked about them in amazon but i worry about customer reviews. i know the firms are reliable firms, some of them have got gold sertfication about using energy efficiently, but i am still in doubt.

It's not about brand really. EVGA still make a ton of trash, as to Thermaltake, etc.
What I will stand by is the ones I have linked above are good enough quality.

Don't look at AMAZON reviews. Not only do most reviewers not know what they are talking about, but Amazon has a habit of displaying reviews from more expensive evga units on the product page of EVGAs lower-end units.

For the EVGA BR500:
There is a reason for the low price. That unit is not particularly good at all, although probably better than a TT SMART.

If you really need cheap, EVGAs BT 450w is $45 and is pretty decent for a budget unit: https://www.amazon.com/EVGA-Bronze-Warranty-Supply-100-BT-0450-K1/dp/B01N9X3F8F/ref=sr_1_fkmr0_1?crid=1MYNJ1DIF6QN3&keywords=evga+bt+450w+80++bronze+certified+atx+power+supply&qid=1580734694&s=electronics&sprefix=EVGA+BT,electronics,149&sr=1-1-fkmr0

Although not excellent, It would be fine with the APU and a 1050ti.
