I need sata help

Hello! I am planning on buying this motherboard- http://www.gigabyte.com/products/product-page.aspx?pid=5632#ov. It has 3 sata express ports and I was wondering if my 2tb sea gate sshd with sata 6gb/s would work with the sata express ports. It doesn't have to be that fast, it just has to work.
