Question I need serious help with my PC. I don't think it was a bad building.

So, just now I installed State of Decay 2 to play with some friends but it seemed to have some drops in the usage. I'm not that expert in the PC world, the bit I know it's just not useful. So I need help.
Specs:
Motherboard: Prime A520M-A II
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 5600x 6-Core
GPU: ASUS GeForce GTX1660Ti EVO
RAM: 2x8GB kit 3200 CL16 G.Skill
PSU: KL-C850 700W Bronze

Obs: I already read that the different RAMs might be the real problem for the possible bottleneck, but now I upgraded to this new PC with the ram kit and the issue stays. I tried with PCSX2 and the usage just goes up and then suddenly drops too. I need help with this. I have friends with worse PC's than mine and they just play well.

Edit 1: Forgot to mention that the temperatures are normal.

you may have but the memory into single channel mode, refer to the motherboard manual and install the ram as shown.
I just changed it but the problem is still there. You may call me dumb for this. But since a long time ago I am using an improvised hdd that was from an old laptop of mine. Could it actually be the problem?

btw, I have here a video that shows the frametime on PCSX2 emulating GTA Vice City Stories: View: https://imgur.com/a/dQSNFL1

but it happens in almost every game.
