I need serious help (with my pc)

I recently made a custom computer but i cannot install windows on it when i use a bootable usb or a cd it freezes at a random point in the beginning i tried formatting my hdd nut that did not work i tested my ram and everything but it just keeps freezing (i tried windows 7, 8)

the thing is i have installed ubuntu but i have no clue how it works i think it is only windows but i have tried diffrent versions

Is the ram you are using in the qualified vendor list for your motherboard? Try installing Windows with just one stick of ram. 6GB is kind of an odd number for dual channel memory. Usually, they are paired in kits. This might be where your problem is. Please list more detailed specs and part numbers in order to help troubleshoot.

no i just bought the ram online and i have already tried installing with 1 stick
