I need serious help

Having an asus laptop intel core i5 3337U and i just experienced the most annoying thing since I started using the laptop..it goes to aptio setup utility whenever I start up my laptop...I tried a couple of settings on my own...it worked out as a charm...I switched off to tryta see if It was gonna go to aptio setup and it did...I tried my previous settings and it ain't worrking no more...feeling stressed right now...and my Hdd works perfectly fine..yea

So what is happening is it can't boot from your hard drive so defaults to the BIOS utility which is called aptio in your case.
Have you tested your hard drive? You won't know if your hard drive is failing unless you test it with a tool like Seatools.
When it is booting, you should be able to bring up a boot menu by hitting F8. This is where you can choose to boot from different devices including booting to BIOS. What happens if you manually select your hard drive to boot from?
