I need some advice about 4K monitors.

Hello and greetings from Turkey.
I'll get new pc in 2016 March but i can't find a monitor of the kind what I want.
My criteria,

Absolutely IPS panel
Monitor size between 32inch and 42inch
and need HDMI ver2.0 for 60hz at 4K resolution

Already I'm using Panasonic L37E30E and i love it.I will get web design training and I'm going for that reason to switch to 4k monitor will provide me more work space.Yes,also I'm playing games like Aion online,Fifa 2016,PES 2016...

There are now 2 options in Turkey,you think which one is better?
SONY 49X8305C price starting from 1300$ (it's a bit big for me ceause i'll use at 40cm-45cm away but no more options :S)
LG 40UB800V price starting from 500$
