http://www.amazon.com/NVIDIA-GeForce-8400-256MB-TV-OUT/dp/B00IT1BK7Y?ie=UTF8&colid=I9UVFH0A4APO&coliid=I1AS83MNFOUM11&ref_=wl_it_dp_o_pC_S_ttl

is it ok if i ask for help here from you guys on how to install this and open the case also? would you like to see my system specs?

Solution
Well, you'll need a PCI or PCI x16 card. But, the LGA775 wouldn't really work great with most GPUs. It'd almost be better to have built a cheap PC that could manage a nice ish GPU.

But, that's not what happened.

Your choices would be to get a nVidia 8400 or a low end ATi card. Both of which sadly don't have HDMI output. If you want I could show you a build that you could use that would have HDMI capabilities?

Correction, cause I think I might have been a little blunt. The 8400 would get you some form of HDMI, but idk if it'd do what you want it to given its effective power.
We would need to see which case you have to help walk you through the opening part.

Here is the stickied post on building a pc. Read over it a few times to make sure you understand.

Swapping out parts is fairly straightforward and should be a pretty easy task. Just take your time and if you are unsure review the steps again. Better safe than sorry!

i wanted to watch stuff on my computer screen right on my hdtv next to me. i was told (be4 i created a new id here) "hdmi is better than dvi or vga. if you want to be able to see it 100% clearly and hear it too. and vga is analog. hdmi is digital".

will you need my belarc details do you can see if i have the correct tv-out card too?

Yeah, go ahead and post what PC you have, specs wise. If it's custom built try to go to PCPartPicker and copy the BBC code and paste it here. If not post a link to where it came from or a picture of its guts.
