I switches some parts to:
Cheaper and better motherboard.
More reliable harddrive,
Nicer case.
More powerful graphics card.
Higher quality PSU.

Yes, it will handle GTA V on high 60 FPS. If you want ultra experience, think about getting a GTX 970.
