2) I wouldn't pick such a cheap mobo for an 8-core

The motherboard and graphics card are fine but I wouldn't go with that PSU. Here are my recommendations:
Seasonic S12-II 520W 80+ Bronze Certified Wired Power Supply
XFX ATX 550 Power Supply
EVGA SuperNova G2 550 W Gold Fully Modular Power Supply Unit

Would the motherboard i listed do if i got the i5-4460, cos im kinda running out of money

No. The motherboard you listed is AM3+ socket while the i5-4460 is LGA 1150 socket. If you want a cheap motherboard for i5-4460, get this: http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/aw/d/B00IS69CFW#Ask
