So I currently own a PC with a Ryzen 5 2400G CPU and a MSI A320M PRO-VD/s MOBO. I want to upgrade my RAM. The thing is, my CPU's support page says it supports 2933 RAM, but my MOBO can handle higher frequencies. Can I install 3200 RAM on my computer? I'm thinking it will run at 2933 as my CPU is rated that way.

Solution
Can I install 3200 RAM on my computer?
Yes. Will it run at 3200? Possible. But as with all overclocking (and this is OC) the result is not guaranteed. It may just work, or it may require manual settings, or it may refuse to run at 3200 no matter what you do. Getting the RAM that's on motherboard QVL list increases your chances that it will work from first try.

Official support for your chip is 2933 for memory but most will easily handle 3200 (actually 3400-3600 is where most top out). Just make sure the bios for your motherboard is up to date. Early on there were lots of updates relating to memory compatibility with the 320 motherboards.

Hi, thanks for answering! Should I also update my chipset, besides bios?
