[SOLVED] I need some help with upgrading my PC

Hello,

I want to upgrade my CPU, CPU Cooler, Motherboard and Memory in my PC, and I found this: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/VQkNGc (I have everything in this list in my current PC system except the CPU, CPU Cooler, Motherboard and Memory)

I see there is 3 Compatibility Notes here, but I don't really know if this is something I should be worried about or it is just a warning/information or something like that. So I just want to know if I can go with these new 4 items or if there will be problems?

And yes I see that I may need a new PSU, so I will buy a new one if that is 100% nessesary.

Yeah I thought that I needed a new PSU. Do you recommend one?

I will use my system to play VR-games and other games while I record or stream it. I can now play these types of games with no lag, but when I record while I play, it lagges like crazy. I may also host Minecraft servers too, but I don't think I will, but I want to have a system that can do that if I want to.

Purchase Date: As soon as I can.
Budget Range: I don't really have a budget range..
System Usage: Play heavy games and VR-Games, Record and Stream gameplay, and maybe (most likely not) host a Minecraft Server.
New Monitor: No.
Parts to Upgrade: CPU, CPU Cooler, MotherBoard, Memory and PSU.
New OS: No.
Preferred Website: PcPartPicker.com (I will buy the new parts in a Norwegian storesite).
Location: Norway
Parts Preferences: Intel and NVIDIA.
Overclocking: Most likely.
SLI or Crossfire: Most likely not.
Monitor Resolution: 1920x1080 (I have 2 of the same monitor).
Additional Comments: I just want a PC that can do what I want it to do (See System Usage).
Why I'm upgrading: I can't use it for what I want anymore. My PC is over 5 years and a lot have changed in 5 years.

I no longer recommend Asus, due to their horrible customer service. 64gb of ram seems excessive, but I am not sure how much is required for a minecraft server, so it might be necessary, it might not. I would verify before spending that much on ram, you may not need. I would actually recommend, if you have the budget, to step up to a HEDT system, if you want to stick with Intel. The 10th gen chips should be showing up soon, at a much lower price, than in the past. For your server aspirations, it might make more sense to step up to a higher core count model. Otherwise I would recommend the Ryzen 9 3900x, or the upcoming 3950x.

If you wish to stick with the 9900k. I threw in a gigabyte 2060, just so I could get an idea on wattage.
