I need some info about my Gaming PC

Hey guys!

I have recently made a PC parts list for my incoming Gaming PC, but I have 3 concerns about this build.

This PC won't be bought until November 2016 or April 2017. Yes that's alot of months ahead of us, which is what I'm bugged about because there will be alot new parts by then and the prices for this might drop. Although, do you think that this pc will be a good gaming one? Just a yes or no is needed.

The games I'm gonna mainly play are Minecraft and CS:GO. As I said, by the time I'm buying this pc, there might be alot of new parts and a price drop for these parts. My question is, do I upgrade to a better one or is this good enough considering my games? (I expect hundreds of fps 'cause these games are easy to run)

Lastly, I would like to talk about The RAM. I currently have 16 gb of ram (2x8) and that is somehow alot. What I'm doing with my PC is basically gaming and editing/rendering. Somone told me that editing/rendering takes up ram though, and I was a bit concerned about this. So my question is, how long do you think my 16 gb of ram will be used up considering I just play Minecraft and CS:GO plus I'm gonna be editing/rendering videos like 2 times a week??

Which also means this thread is premature, even if not ready till November.

I'll also let you in on something I just found out. Both AMD's Zen and Intel's new CPUs have been delayed until Q1 2017. So if you're looking to compare to the new stuff before you buy, which is wise IMO, you're timeline could more likely be the April 2017 one.

Excellent PC, overkill for those 2 games. 16gb is the perfect amount for a new build.

That said the landscape may be somewhat different in November, and will definitely be different in April.

I wouldn't worry about this build until you are ready to buy, a lot can and will change by then.

not sure about rendering use took up some RAM capacity, I'm usually render my recorded game and almost took out my proc. source but the RAM still enough to open browser...
some said that rendering need GPU source too...

about gaming, what other games would you play except 2 games you said..?
this specs is "Monster" enough to play 2015 to recent (even late 2016) games...
really sure...
