greetings guys,i need some serious help: since the last update something happened on my system and now i can't execute any operation that requires running as administrator because if i do said operation gets stuck; so i can't try and use a restore point to go some days back,i can't access regedit or msconfig or anything that can be helpful in fix this situation. I have tried choosing a restore point with advanced startup but i can't manage to do that either,if i restart holding shift the tasks stays on loading forever.
Even at my startup screen,when i have to write my account password,it takes ages to let me in the desktop.
Oh,and last thing,my taskbar doesn't respond so i cannot even use the start menu or search via Cortana.
I don't know what to do anymore
