Solution

depends on what you want to do.
if you want to oc your cpu - the ones you chose are overclockable when combined with a p67/z68 mobo. a lot of p67/z68 mobos also let users use multiple cards in crossfire or sli.
if you want to keep your current mobo, the unlocked cpus' potential will remain locked - it will work at it's stock clockrate. in that case, you can save money by buying a cheaper cpu like core i5 2400.
using the h67 motherboard, single gfx card, locked cpu does not require high wattage psu, that's why i suggested the lower watt psus. additionally, cooler master...

how about these ?
i5 2400, rm600~
gigabyte 6850 (overclocked), rm520

6850 is the gpu made by amd (designer), manufactured by tsmc (chip maker). amd sells the gpu to its partners who tweak the gpus and add features like good cooler, overclocking, more vram etc. these partners are sapphire, asus, xfx etc.

if compare i5 2400 or 2500k, i prefer for i5 2500k, because just only different RM80. For USD only about 15-20USD. LOL
I got it. so for 6850, any company also not much different ?
I asked my friend, he said for gfx, MSI is much last longer. is that ? or have to depend the performance ?
(sorry, lot's of question. hehe)

its okay, aynway thanks for the advice and helping ^^
i will take as suggestion for above advice. Thanks :)

if you can afford the 2500k, go for it.
for any gfx card, different companies offer different features ranging from better cooling, longer warranties, higher factory overclock (they oc the card in the factory), free software bundle, more accessories etc. check what you're getting with your msi card if it is satisfies your needs. google your chosen card's review.
i don't know about msi longevity. i had used an msi card which lasted me for a long time while an asus card blew it's gpu within 3.5 years (just over the warranty). i am sure other people will have different experience with their gfx cards. it depends on the build quality of the card. you'll find different quality cards from the same company.

I got it, i go survey for it ! thanks :)
by the way, if i choose for not oc my pc, should i better choose for i5 2400 and h67, and get a better gfx card ??

2400 is 200 mhz slower (300 mhz slower max turbo) than the 2500 and the 2500k. in real life, it will make minor difference when you'll be using the h67 motherboard. if choosing the 2400 helps you get a better gfx card (and since you're building a gaming pc where gfx cards are priority) then why not.

due to, i will not try to overclock all the spec, so i think just get the spec without oc is better.
