I installed a MS-7613 (Iona-GL8E) motherboard into a new case. The problem I am having is that when I hook the front panel connectors to the JFP1 header, nothing is happening. My power supply is on but the power switch on the front panel isn't working.

I have even used a how to video and have diagrams on the header. I'm overlooking something. Thanks in advance.

Da! I see whats up haha its a HP motherboard.

1) Traseman1 the power button doesn't matter which way you put it on. Along with the reset. Only the LED's matter which way it goes on.

2) http://www.findlaptopdriver.com/ms-7613-front-panel-motherboard/ Try that out

Also don't worry about the speaker (The Black and Red one). Those motherboard usually has one built into it but i don't see one.
What kind of front panel header is it? I know some cases (Usually OEM cases though) have one big connector. On my Asus board they have a smaller adapter almost that you plug the indvidual cables into and then that plugs into the motherboard this way if i remove it for what ever reason i don't have to figure out where each one goes again.

Also the how to video might not be for your motherboard. Try looking up a user manual.

JFP1 and the connections look like this http://media.soundonsound.com/images/forum/img109_imageshack_us_img109_7465_jfp1connectors1gv1.jpg.png
