i need someone to check asap! Motherboard weird mark

So basically im getting no post from my new pc, tried everything you can think of now its time to check the motherboard for weird dents "and stuff" well i found this weird mark on the M_bios square and im wondering if its really why my mobo is dead. only check the psu with a multimeter and the cpu for any outside damage.

mobo: GA_h110n gigabyte mini itx
cpu: i5 6500
psu: old gigabyte 500watt no rating or anything on it but passed the multimeter test.
ram: crucial 2400MT/s ddr4

the "mark" looks like a chunk of chip is missing (well its heat treatment, the chip is much smaller inside that black thing) is it missing if so could indicate failure

cant believe this.. second gigabyte motherboard fails on me. going to RMA it thanks for the reply
