[SOLVED] I need suggestions for components

I need help for components shall i change them or not
Currently i have I7 2600, GA P67A D3 B3 (rev 2.0), 4x4 gb samsung rams at 1600 mhz, and RX 580 8 gb asrock gaming d
And i have good cooling that i put in tower case Ms industrial titan 2 pro
I was wondering for cpu upgrade because i was looking on bottlenecks calculator and is says 11.23% is with my cpu and gpu and i thought too buy an i7 3770 or e3 1240 v2 cuz i found them for cheap. Or shall i wait for new cpus to be released and buy them

Like i love to game on it i mostly play csgo and dota 2 but i play also AAA titles sometimes i issue some fps drop then is being back to normal and i play mostly in 1080p resolution
