i want to Record something and at the same time i want the speakers to work . I have some sound system which does As such , when i put on the wires in it only records the voice in side the pc but the speaker would not make sound because the wires come from the speakers i want both of them to record in pc and at the same time the speaker should also make sound

You should be able to "mix" recorded voice over playing sounds/audio.

However, more information is needed about your system, the devices being used, and the present audio (record and play) settings.
