Question I need the best cpu possible for my 1060 3gb card

Gpu: 1060 3gb
Cpu: r3 2200g
Memory: 1x8gb 2400mhz DDR4
Mobo: Asus prime a320m-k
Psu: 400w cooler master
Ssd: Adata 240gb
I've been looking around for cpus and i can afford cpus like the 1800x and the new r5 3600, will the performance be better if I chose a less powerful cpu to match the 1060 3gb like the 2600x?
