[SOLVED] I need the cheapest PSU that is 80+ certified and 650-700watts.

My PSU is pretty old (8 or 9 years), and I am smelling some slightly detectable odor coming out of the PSU. Could just be some dust (the PSU is impossible to dust out with an air gun), or it could be something else. I am also hearing a buzzing noise in my headset that I haven't heard before, so I am concluding that the PSU is going bad. I need the absolute cheapest 80+ certified PSU that is at least 650 watts.
