You won't lose performance, but you'll lose space by dropping the SSD down to a 128GB. You don't need LED RAM, in all reality. You could probably get a cheaper Z270, and forget about Razer brand peripherals. They're very good, but the price is painful.

Use this ram instead: https://pcpartpicker.com/product/b898TW/patriot-viper-elite-16gb-2-x-8gb-ddr4-2666-memory-pve416g266c5kbl
Or this:https://pcpartpicker.com/product/4vWrxr/gskill-memory-f42400c15d16gvr

That saves $15

Get another mobo. For ex: https://pcpartpicker.com/product/LkKhP6/msi-z270-gaming-pro-atx-lga1151-motherboard-z270-gaming-pro
Saves $15 if you get it from amazon

Better quality PSU and saves another $15:

Get another keyboard and save $50 - $60:
https://pcpartpicker.com/product/tTQypg/cooler-master-keyboard-sgk4020gkcr1us

~$100 saved right there, with a higher quality PSU.

If you have a Microcenter near by. You can get the i5-7600K for less and a $30 discount on the motherboard.

If you have never shopped at Jet.com. New customers can save $30 on the GPU. Actually the Jet.com is up to 15% on any component with a max of $30. The GPU is the easiest example.

Solution

Op, asked how to get the price down without sacrificing performance. The FE card will work at full performance. While 1920x1080 at 60hz makes no sense. It won't effect the actual performance of the computer. They are technically correct answers for the specified request.

FE vs. aftermarket can make a big difference in acoustic and in-game performance. Better cooling means higher clocks and higher fps.

~8-10% better fps in this case:
