I need to build a "3D Animation Ready" computer for $500 to $550

I have a had a junk laptop for a while now which can barely run blender without crashing. I am wanting to build a computer for under about $550 that can at least run Cycles on blender. I have looked all over the internet, but I have no success finding a good build. If anyone has an idea of a build in my price range please leave a comment.

Please follow these standards though:
CPU: Needs to be Intel
GPU: Preferably Nvidia, but AMD will do too
PSU: Over 475w
Case: No window on the side
HDD: dont add one I have a hard drive with windows 10 on it so I'm set with that (also I checked with a guy better at tech than me and he said it would work)
Mobo: SATA 3
RAM: 8GB
Optical Drive: None

I run blender, unity, sketchup, and videos all at the same time with no performance errors with my build. It comes with a killer CPU that will do amazing with editing. Also, the GPU is running two monitors just fine. For gaming, I can run Far Cry 4 at high settings with no FPS drops. For a budget build, (or any build in my opinion) you should definitely go with AMD.

Here are some ways you can save more money (even though its already under budget).
Remove HDD 50$ (since you said you had one)
Remove Disk Drive 20$ (you said you didnt need one)
Downgrade CPU to AMD Fx 6300 30$ (not recommended)
Already have windows 10 100$ (I dont think you have to buy another copy)
Total: Removes 200$ from the price making it cost around 325$

Thanks I am just going to switch out the mobo for a better one and the r9 for a 750 ti, but other than that it's a nice $464 build. The reason you probably thought it was 325$ is because the graphics card was not marked with a price.
