I need to convert a file but I need help.

So I've been playing Strife lately and I want to upload a replay to YouTube, so what happens is that the replay is a K2R file and YouTube doesn't support it. I found out you have to convert it with a online converter but I can't find a converter what can convert K2R files. Do you know any converters that can do this? Please help!

You need to open the file in strife and then watch it, while recording it using something like OBS.

Does OBS cause much lag? i have slow laptop.

Not really but if you are worried about lag go for something like NVIDIA shadowplay if you have an NVIDIA card

I have AMD one and this laptop barely runs Strife with medium settings so I'm kind of afraid it will lag

It's already recorded so it should be fine - all it's doing is playing back a file.
