I need to convert my Samsung monitor 9 pin male vga to the 15 pin cable (hdmi to 15 pin female. I'm having trouble finding converters for 9 pin to 15 pin. Any suggestions? Thanks.

I'm either misiunderstanding you or that is one very old monitor and it certainly won't give you an HDMI option.
