There's no way to determine that without your water cooling components.
On the build I'd suggest:
a) upgrading to the Asus Maximus Formula which is built for water cooling
b) those two RAM kits may not work together..... I see what you going for but it's not a good idea.
c) 850 watts is more than enough
d) Do not pipe the two Poseidon's in series, use parallel.

But damned if I can remember where I put the fittings layout.
Essentially....
(2) for each component (card, block, radiator, pump, reservoir) in the system .... plus 90's, 45's as will be determined by layout and some spares.
Id suggest:
AlphaCool XT45-420 rad on top and UT60-280 on bottom.
