Can windows 10 run games on steam that is compatible with vista/7/8/8.1?

I love the good old game so that's why im asking

It should run most since it has DirectX 12,
Although since Windows 10 is new there is no garrantees.

I've run into 0 issues gaming on Windows 10 its very compatible. Steam also implements any updates for compatibility very quickly.
