Hi i have a Thermaltake TR2 W0070RUC 430W Power Supply . my rig will be a core i7 920 with 4 gigs of ram and ide dvd burner, two sata hardrives,1 ide hardrive and a HIS H467QR1GH Radeon HD 4670 1GB 128-bit DDR3 PCI Express 2.0 x16 videocard. thanks for the help

The good news is the 4600 series cards are not power hogs like some of the other cards. The ATI Radeon™ HD 4600 series graphics cards consume less than 75 watts under full load. They don't even need an external PCI-e power supply connection. Replacing the Thermaltake power supply with a high quality unit won't be that expensive.

I was just saying that you will need a more powerful power supply with PCI-E connectors in order to run let's say, a 5770. Your power Supply does have a PCI-E connector, but it certainly will not push a 5770. The PSU you have is ok for what you have, but it is still suspect none-the-less...
