I need to know why i cannot run mmos on ultra? how can I upgrade?

Hello all I am wondering why I cannot run wildstar or wow on max settings? Does anyone know how I can build onto my computer to make it have high fps 60+? Here are my specs

Your Gpu may be the bottleneck here but I heard WOW was cpu intensive, although from that cpu it shouldn't be a problem.

Try running in high performance mode. All your components aren't bad but the GPU in is the weak point, So I'd just try turn some settings down, (e.g. especially any anti-aliasing)
Then see what your fps is like. Also I'd recommend a r9 270x or if you can a 760 will max all games 1080 60fps. Although turn it down if you can't spend money.

You can also try changing some of the settings or overclock if you like, although if you don't know what you doing I'd advise not to.
