Here are my specs:http://pcpartpicker.com/p/WH8BXL

As the title suggests i need to switch some things except CPU and GPU because I don't think I have that much money XD (I'm just a student and use my allowance for saving and my first try building one )

Thanks :D

Solution
I would not recommend losing either the USB 3,0 ports on the case or using such a low performance PSU. (Not low power, 500W is plenty, but low performance)

Cheaper and better. The case is good and includes two fans. We just finished a very powerful gaming build in it. http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/id-2852736/build-log-middle-school-jg01-mitx-budget-haswell-gaming.html

PSU is much higher performance and memory is cheaper and slightly faster.

If you want a lot cheaper, you are going to have to change to an i3 or use a different GPU.

I read some articles regarding that gtx 960 4gb is a waste and I should probably go for a gtx 970 soo yeah
http://pcpartpicker.com/parts/partlist/
I chose the Zotac Gtx970 because it's fairly cheap where i live :D
Just $15 more than the gtx960
