I need to pick a hard drive for my new preconfigured server

I just ordered a new Lenovo ThinkServer TS140 70A4001LUX with no hard drive. I need to find the right hard drive that will be compatible with the system.
I need about a TB of storage for a voip server with voicemail.
Any help would be appreciated as I am quite new to hardware selection.

please be more specific, as I read that specific hard drives may not be compatible with other motherboards
