I need to upgade

I need to upgrade my PC, but I'm not sure where I should spend the most money. I want to play GTA5 and Blackops etc. lag free. My current computer I can not. If someone could link me or tell me what upgrades I should get that would be very much appreciated.

Your RAM should be fine but if you want you can add more.

I need a processor with an AM3+ socket :/
