I need to upgrade my power supply??

Hi there!
I don't know too much about psu wattage needed,But i currently Have 500W psu(AMD)
Here are my pc specs

Operating System
Windows 7 Ultimate 32-bit SP1

CPU : Intel pentium G630 GHz

Ram : 2.00GB Single-Channel DDR3 @ 532MHz

Motherboard
ASUSTeK COMPUTER INC. P8H61-M LE (LGA1155)
Graphics
S191HQL (1366x768@60Hz)
Intel HD Graphics (ASUStek Computer Inc)

Storage
465GB Western Digital WDC WD5000AAKX-003CA0 ATA Device (SATA)

Optical Drives
DTSOFT Virtual CdRom Device
DTSOFT Virtual CdRom Device
DTSOFT Virtual CdRom Device
DTSOFT Virtual CdRom Device
HP DVD Writer 1260t ATA Device

Audio
Realtek High Definition Audio

Now, I bought gtx650 Graphics card from net
I order this
Gigabyte Geforce Gtx650 2048MB GDDR5 OC Version

Should i need to change my psu?
If i change gtx650 , install 2Gb of DDR3 Ram and 64 Bit Win7 Os?
Because i don't have enough money for buying new psu

If your ONLY updating from 2Gb to 4Gb I see no reason or advantage in upgrading your OS to 64 bit version at this time.... (32 bit version you have supports up to 4Gb....)

NOTE: adding that 2nd stick of RAM will Speed up your system as it can now operate in "dual channel" mode as it was designed to...

That will leave plenty of money for a good solid power supply (But, you don't need right now....)

Or, a CPU ONLY upgrade, but I'd save up till you can get a nice quad core (just update your BIOS first, the drop in one of these supported CPUs

I seen my Psu can handle new video card.
I will save money money for cpu later, I hope i can play skyrim at medium settings
Can you help me what fps i get around while i playing Assassin' Creed 4 Black Flag at low settings?
