I need to upgrade my video card from a GeForce 7300 and possibly other things too - can I get some advice?

I have an outdated video card, and need to expand/upgrade my system on a student budget. Can anyone help? I use my system mainly for schoolwork, but I also play Warcraft, SecondLife and Stronghold. My system specs are as follows:
