I dont see a problem there. You got 4000 mhz and a very good latency at 41 ns.
The results are very good. What is your concern? Which exact product did you buy?

Ťhe MotherBoard P1.20 bios can't Run 4000+ mhz DRAM。i can c16-21 run 4000mhz，but c18-26 can't run 4066 4100 ~~+，the bios have problem。not unlock E-die Memory for 4000+
