If I understand the problem with your PC, it won't let you sign in, right? Please do try these troubleshooting steps that may help.
- First is to do a hard reboot, remove the battery and unplug the AC adapter then press and hold the power button for 20 seconds then try booting it up again.
- If it will still not let you login, try loading the laptop into Safe Mode.

- If Safe Mode will still not work, then the last option would be to reinstall Windows 10 using your factory reset disc.
