I NEED wifi

I have a dell inspiron 1100 a pretty old laptop but i want to get wifi on it and it does not seem that i can get wifi through control panel or it probably cant acess wifi but why does it have a ethernet port i can not even connect to that anyways

any suggestion to at least get wifi
