When Dell released that system in 2002, Windows 95 was already a year past end-of-life(no more Microsoft support) and Windows XP had been out over a year already. There would be no reason for Dell to create drivers for Windows 95.
You could probably get windows XP drivers but 95 drivers probably don't exist for that hardware.
It seems very odd that you are TRYING to setup windows 95.
Driverguide.com used to be my go-to for that kind of thing. I haven't used them in over a decade, but when I needed Win95 or Win98 drivers, I always found what I needed there.
