I need your advice...

Hello, I would first like to say that this community is really great, thank you all so much, and i would like your advice on something. I am a 17 years old, i live with 200$ a month which my mother makes and i am 2 years into online marketing. I made over 2000€ over 2 years all by myself, so could you tell me what should i do, look for some scholarships outside of my country for the university, or stay in my country for next 6-7 years and try to look for a job abroad. I am a really good student now, i was 7th in math in my country last year and i would really like to succeed in life, probably by doing programing, I just don't know how scholarships work, and i don't have money to pay for studies abroad.
