I need your help ASAP

My computer doesnt work well. When I play games the graphics are extremely low on FPS. Like, when I launch COD Bo3 on Medium Settings, I get around 50 fps but at the start of games I almost lag to the point of my computer crashing. Im wondering what part could it be of my computer or what numbers to look for in CPU-Z. PLEASE HELP

CPU : AMD FX 8350
GPU : SAPPHIRE RADEON R9 280X
HDD : Western Digital 1 TB Blue
Power Supply : 750Whatt
Motherboard : Gigabyte 970a-ds3p
Ram : Corsair Ares 8GB

Make sure in your BIOS that your gpu is running at the proper clock speeds.

What type of internet do you have? cable, dsl or satellite? Does it happen when you play on line, or all the time?

it is your cpu. your cpu has a very low single core performance and most games only use 1 or 2 cores. overclock it if you can

I seem to be seeing a lot of people on here who complain about performance issues have the FX 8350.

push the chip as far as possible till it becomes unstable then back off a little and your good
