I Need Your Help Identifying This Hard Drive Type

Hi all.

Can anyone identify what kind of hard drive type this is, please? I've attached pictures along with this post. I need to know what type of hard drive this is so that I can get an adapter (that I can connect via USB) that will let me access the files.

It's sata but there is a laptop interposer on it. You can just take that off if you aren't using it in that laptop.
