I am going to buy a video card nvidia gt 430 128bit 1GB GDDR3, two fans .. What do you think, I can play Far cry2, GTA4, crysis2, Call of Duty MW1, MW2, Medal of Honor 2010, 2011, nfs HPS at maximum detail?

what resolution will you be playing at? and for that much i suggest you get the 5670. a ddr5 version.
