i need your help to choose my build

Hi
I'm gonna build pc for music production and games and i will run Fl studio and stuff like that and also plugins and i will buy VGA later and i read about overclocking and i think i don't need to OC or i will not need to OverClocking cause my maximum gpu will be 150 $ and i would like to know ur opinion about that and i choose some parts but my main confusing about motherboards and cpu and ram ghz
so i have a some parts would know ur opinion

  ■ CPU:Intel Core I5-4460 vs Intel Core I5-4570 vs ( i5-4670k ) which i think i don't need
  ■ Mother:Gigabyte H97-D3H vs ASRock Z87 PRO3
  ■ RAM :2 x 4GB i think any brand will work fine but i not sure about 1600Mhz or 1833Mhz .ect
  ■ HDD :western digital caviar blue 1tb
  ■ PSU: ZALMAN 500W

and someone suggest to buy ASRock Z87 PRO3 with rams 2400 Ghz will perform better but i dont know if asrock motherboards are good or not and not sure to if rams Ghz worth it or not important
i would know what you think or what u suggest to me and thank you for your help
