I noticed my fans are not spinning in the bios, and if I enable smart fan control, the other stops working

Anyone know a good way to set the fans or should I just leave them on ''smart fan control'' ?
And what is the ''dot'' doing , and why only 3 fans spin instead of all? When I enable smart fan control on either of them, then the other one stops working.

you should leave them on smart fan control, the reason why all of your fans are not spinning is because they only spin when the bios detects a specific temperature.
