Happens only when PC is cold. After two boots all works fine.

explorer.exe - Application Error

"The instruction at referenced at OxCOOCOOCOOOB7C018. The required data was not placed into
memory because of an I/O error status of OxcOOOOOOe"

This I/O error came from any SSD or from NVMe ?

Solution
My thought is that something has come a bit loose. After "warming up" via the two boots, expansion causes the connection to tighten up.

Power down, unplug open the case.

Clean out dust and debris.

Then re-seat all cards, connectors, RAM, and jumpers.

Try again.

You can also look in Reliability History. Reliability History may be capturing some additional information regarding the error.

Likewise for Event Viewer.
