Question I/O intermittent errors (Secondary HDD) after Windows 10 upgrade

Jun 10, 2020
I'm getting this recurrent I/O errors from time to time, in which Windows 10 doesn´t allow me to access files in secondary HDD after booting up. This didn´t happen before Windows 10 upgrade (from Win 7).
I can work around it by rebooting the pc or if going to disk management, drive properties and clicking the "populate" volume button. Then i can access files and folders again on that drive. No problem with any others disks connected (have an SSD as first drive + 1 external usb drive).
BIOS updated to latest version.
Drivers (SATA controller and Chipset) are the ones that Windows installed.
HDD doesn't show any errors, after running some tests.
Any help?
