I/O not working on a new motherboard

Hello everyobe. I need help with my new motherboard. After putting it in and connecting all the cables,the back i/o pannel isn't working at all. Meaning I have no image,no mouse,keyboard, internet etc. I've check all the wires and everything works besides this. The fans spin and the leds light up. I'm new at this so maybe i'm missing something.

My motherboard is Asrock FM2A88X Extreme 6+. Please help.

Did you put standoffs in the case before you installed the mobo?? if you didnt it'll short

Yes, the standoffs actually came preinstalled with the case,so it's all ok on that part.

Take it out and put it on a wooden bench or something. See if it works.

Another thing it maybe is the prong things on the back I/O thing can sometimes get stuck.

Make sure the end of them dont up up in one of the mobo components

Or when you install the mobo the side metal parts of the lan adapter can sometimes end up in something.
