I/O ports not working

They detect nothing, even the case ones for headphones dont detect anything. Reinstalled Windows 10, installed audio drivers, still nothing.

Try the IO ports at the rear of the case, directly on the motherboard.
The front connectors plug on to the motherboard inside the case. Check that these are connected correctly.

Typically the audio jacks don't "detect" anything. The audio device is already connected in Windows (chipset on the motherboard) without anything plugged in.
USB ports on the other hand should detect a new device. What happens when you insert a USB key?
